Three steps.

1

Shape the room

Add your tables: any shape, any seat count, any numbers. Change them whenever.

2

Seat people

Import the list in about a minute. "Mr. and Mrs. Katz, 6" becomes the couple and Kid 1 to Kid 4. Drag a family and they move together. Auto-seat does a first pass; rules warn when Uncle Shlomo lands next to the wrong cousin.

3

Send one link

The venue opens it with no account and sees the chart without your notes. Guests scan a QR and find their table. Print table lists, escort cards, place cards and the caterer sheet.

Made for families.

Couples, kids and plus-ones are one party that moves as one, with a real headcount. Split a party when you need to. Mark kids and their ages. Keep private notes the venue never sees. Edit it with your fiancée from two computers and see the same seats.

Simcha mode.

Men's and women's tables, a mechitza on the floor plan, Hebrew names, kids' tables. Auto-seat keeps the sides apart and little kids with their mother. Every change is recorded, so "Mom moved Uncle Shlomo" can be seen and put back.
